Accommodation Type: Self Catering Cottages of 80 m² each equipped with all comforts and in a park of gardens, orchards, vineyards and oaks. Wisteria 4 beds (2 double bedrooms); Calendula 4 beds (1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk beds). So, the beds are a total of 8 but we can easily get up to 12 people. In any case, children up to 5 years old won’t pay and children from 6 up to 10 years old will pay only half the price.
The weekly change overday is Saturday (except for booking of less than 1 week) Check-in from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Check-out on Saturday (except for booking of less than 1 week) not later than 10:00 am.[responsive]
The rental price includes:
- The use of the cottage and its facilities (see Accommodation);
- Bed and Kitchen Linen; Towels
- Parking;
- Heating, Water, Electricity;
- Outdoor facilities (see Accommodation) as the swimming-pool with telescopic enclosure;
- WIFI connection.

Upon request, Villa Cheti is delighted to make available a breakfast pack in each cottage (€ 7.00 per person).
Please also note that above mentioned prices do not include the following services:
- Fruits, vegetables as well as other products of the farm;
- Different classes organized locally;
- Succulents;
- Villa Cheti’s products;
- Bikes or horse riding.
Pets welcome and accepted prior arrangement.

[/responsive]Please be informed that your booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the payment in advance of 20% of the total amount of your rate, in any case not less than €50.00 that you may lose in case of cancellation.
Please also take into account that €300.00 in cash, as security deposit, will be requested upon your arrival. This amount will be returned at the end of your stay.
